Duration: Six 1:1 business sessions over 4-6 months

What we'll cover:

  • Understand the current stage of your business

  • Dream and vision work to clarify your goals

  • Offerings and number analysis

  • Branding and marketing strategy

  • Break everything down into actionable steps

How it works:

  • Homework between each session to ensure progress

  • Step-by-step process to build your overall vision

  • After Module 1, you'll have a clear action plan that aligns your goals with your financials

MODULE TWO

Focus: Four months independent work on your action plan from Module 1

How it works:

  • You implement the action plan at your own pace

  • Monthly email check-ins to stay on track

  • 1:1 session halfway through (after 2 months) to:

    • Review what's working

    • Adjust what needs to change

    • Plan the next steps for a successful finish

This module supports you in taking your business to the next level — with guidance along the way.

MODULE THREE

Purpose: Wrapping up the program and preparing for the future

What we'll cover:

  • Review your progress and results

  • Compare where you are now vs. when you started

  • Adjust your goals and action plan

  • Create a new plan to move forward after the program ends

This final session is all about acknowledging your achievements and giving you the confidence and tools to keep building your business — one step at a time.
